From Our Table to Yours

Our Story

I was born and raised in Italy — a country where food is not just something you eat, but something you live.

Growing up, I was used to simple ingredients, real flavors, and a way of eating built around balance, tradition, and quality. In Italy, food is deeply connected to family, wellbeing, and respect for what goes into our bodies. Many additives, pesticides, and chemicals commonly used elsewhere are strictly regulated or completely banned.

Six years ago, my life brought me to the United States.

While building my new home here, I quickly realized how different the food culture could be. I missed the taste, the simplicity, and the authenticity I grew up with — food that feels good, tastes real, and doesn’t need to be overly processed to be enjoyable.

My interest in gluten-free foods didn’t start as a business idea.

It started with my family.

My wife developed a gluten intolerance, and shortly after, other members of her family faced the same challenge. Suddenly, food was no longer just about flavor — it became about trust, safety, and feeling good every day.

Finding gluten-free products that were truly enjoyable wasn’t easy. Too often, they lacked taste, texture, or quality.

That’s when I turned back to Italy.

Italian producers have mastered the art of gluten-free baking — creating products that don’t feel like substitutes, but real food made with care, passion, and tradition. Products made with clean ingredients, strict controls, and the same standards Italians expect from everything they put on the table.

Senzafood was born from this journey.

Our mission is simple:
to bring authentic Italian gluten-free foods to the United States — products made with quality ingredients, full flavor, and genuine care.

We carefully select trusted Italian brands that respect tradition, transparency, and food safety, so you can enjoy gluten-free products without giving up taste, comfort, or joy.

Because living gluten-free shouldn’t mean giving up comfort or tradition.

It should feel like home.
